I make ½ the recipe for my personal use
18gr baking powder
2 lemon zest
Just combine the eggs & sugar, then, the honey & lemon zest
Pour on the milk, add the flour & baking powder
Then the melted butter
Big size Madeleine = 30gr.
Little ones are about 15 gr.
Bake at about 200c for 10 minutes for the big one.
